Kevin and Amy Wear are exemplary leaders that continue to build one of the largest and most vibrant organizations anywhere.Kevin and Amy are amazing people.  They have achieved the Global Director rank in the LifeMax compensation plan and have worked hard and smart to build the foundation of an organization that promises to be one that transcends the norm for the Network Marketing industry.  This is because of thier work ethic, understanding of how to create culture and their understanding of how to develop organizations by helping people achieve more and create a better life.

Kevin and Amy are one part of the “Wear Team” which is comprised of Kevin and Amy as well as Kevin’s father Jimmy “Big Daddy” Wear.

One thing that you might be thinking as you read this is “hum… That name sounds familiar…  “Wear”, I know that name from somewhere.  “Ah” Kevin is the brother of LifeMax Founder Jim Wear so he must have had all of the breaks because he can just call his brother to get things done.  Well, that could not be further from the truth.  Kevin and Amy are builders.  They are building a huge business and have done so with no “unfair advantage” by being related to the Founders of LifeMax.  If anything, it has been harder because the enture Wear family is made up of high achievers so they expect great things from each other.
